Hack-No-Tech: a workshop for the body in the digital age

When we talk about the the digital era, we don’t often focus on how the status of the body changes. Yet it is clear that it is no longer a natural entity, but it is influenced by multiple technologies. In this workshop we will give you tools to get to know your own cybernetic organism better.

Hack-No-Tech is a memorisation technique to save information with the body by the use of movement. It is a way of capturing instants of the present and transforming them into a choreography in order to be recalled later.

Hack-No-Tech looks like a dance, a dance that makes people think and slightly contract the space between their eyebrows. Hack-No-Tech is more than a dance, since it is not only for aesthetic or fun purposes but also for biotechnological reasons.
